1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your Vitalii Smart Ring for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by your tracking information.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (ring, charging case, USB cable, and manual).
- The product must be in good condition — normal wear from trying the product is acceptable, but items that are damaged, heavily scratched, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@vitalii.co with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order details.
- Receive instructions — We'll respond within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the product — Package the product securely and ship it to the provided address.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund.
4. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
- Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you need a different size or color:

- We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on current inventory.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage.
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- You'll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice, subject to availability).
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused

9. Order Cancellations
